Tuesday 6th March

A reminder to you all that tonight's session will take place in a new venue, and at new times.

Venue: St. Bede's School Sports Complex, Birdwood Road - opposite Radegund Road, off Perne Road roundabout.

Times: 7 - 8.15pm CAMA Generic JKD/Kali and 8.15 - 9.30pm CAMA JKD/Multicombat training.

The JKD/Multicombat session will include some mat-work, including fundamental take-downs, breakfalls and groundwork.

The new venue is superb, with proper male and female changing rooms and showers too. If you did not made it along to any of the sessions this Monday or Tuesday, then I strongly recommend that you try to make it next week. There is a viewing gallery, so if you are currently injured you could still come along and watch, so as not to miss out on your training material too much.

In case you don't already know:

no class on Easter Sunday  - will be busy eating chocolate



no class on Easter Monday - quite possibly feeling sick from eating too much chocolate
